Hotwork Heat Treatment & Specialized Services (HTS) is part of the Hotwork International Group, a global leader in combustion, heat treatment, and industrial services. With origins dating back to 1962, we have grown into a trusted partner for the glass, aluminum, copper, oil & gas, and other industrial sectors worldwide

HTS specializes in thermal treatment solutions designed to improve weld integrity, reduce thermal stress, and prolong the life of pressure vessels, towers, tanks, and pipelines. Our experienced engineering team uses advanced software tools for thermal calculations, weight and wind load analysis, and Zick analysis for horizontal vessel supports.

The journey began with the establishment of our first location, Heat Treatment and Specialized Services Portugal, providing strategic coverage across Southern Europe. In 2025, we expanded with the launch of Heat Treatment and Specialized Services The Netherlands, our second operational hub, enhancing our reach and responsiveness throughout Western and Northern Europe.

In 2022, HTS proudly joined the Hotwork International Group, further elevating our technical capabilities and global footprint. With over 600 specialized technicians and engineers, we operate in 65+ countries, delivering a 48-hour global response time and unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.
